    Got Questions?

    Here are some answers to the ones we're most frequently asked:

    What tools will we be using together and what platform will the website be created with?

    We'll get your feedback on sitemaps, wireframes, and designs in Figma, and then we'll create and deliver your site in Webflow. Both these tools are really intuitive to use on your end, and you can always give me a holler if something is giving you trouble! You’ll also have lifetime access to a portal where you can see and download your brand assets and guidelines.

    On our end, we'll use additional tools such as Loom, Zoom, Adobe Illustrator and Relume Library. You won't need to purchase subscriptions to them though.

    I have existing branding or a website. Do we need to start from scratch?

    We prefer to start fresh with branding and website design because that way we can align every aspect of the finished project with the strategy and vision for your business.

    That does NOT mean you have to start over when it comes to your website's blog content or standing in search engines though! We provide a seamless transition from your old site to your new one, even if you're migrating from a platform other than Webflow, so that you can pick up right where you left off.

    As for branding, if you still feel satisfied and aligned with your existing branding even after we've figured out your brand strategy, we can work to expand, update, or implement your existing brand elements for the rest of the project, depending on the package you chose. Let us know if you are considering using your existing branding in our consultation and we can give you more details about this option.

    I don't have existing branding or a website. Can we start from scratch?

    Yes! The only important things you need to have right now are a solid grasp of your practice and what makes your business tick, a goal for how you want your business to evolve, as well as concrete experience with clients or customers to draw from.

    What is NOT included in any of your brand identity and web design packages?

    Packages don't include third party expenses such as Terms of Service and Cookie Policy page content, font licenses, domain hosting, or site plans for Webflow.

    I'm not sure which package to choose, can I start with one and upgrade later?

    Due to the fact that the timeline and nature of our project will differ slightly from package to package, we can't offer an upgrade mid-project. If you're on the fence before your project begins, we encourage you to schedule a free no-obligation consultation. We can provide additional details on the call so you can make a well informed decision you feel good about.

    That being said, if you do find you need help for something out of scope at any point during the design process, we can provide a quote for that addition.
